Breathwork practices vary considerably, and some techniques are not appropriate for everyone. Certain medical or psychological conditions may require additional precautions or medical clearance. We encourage participants to disclose relevant concerns and consult their healthcare professional when appropriate.

Absolutely. You are always in control of your participation. You can slow your breathing, return to your natural breath, pause, or stop the experience at any time.

We believe the experience doesn't end when the breathing stops. Integration helps you reflect on what you experienced and identify practical ways to bring the learning into everyday life.

A yoga mat, carpet, or comfortable surface to lie on
